Personal guide from Nice - Recommendations?

For my day in Nice, I want to go to Monoco/Monte Carlo (including just a quick look inside the casino), Eze and possibly even St. Paul de Vence. I don't want to shop. I don't want to see the perfume factory. The ship tours all have other combinations. Can anyone recommend a relatively inexpensive personal guide that can take us around for a few hours to see the combination of things we want to see? I would need to be able to contact them via email. Thank you
