MSC customer service shout out for Veronica

MSC, if you read these posts, you should know you have a really great customer service agent working your phones. Veronica was a huge help today, fixing a mistake and saving a lot of grief regarding some prepaid packages that were incorrectly booked. We have worked with others who were not very helpful, but Veronica was patient, professional, and made things right.

 

If you are able to request an agent, ask for her.

And a shout-out to Ryan in Voyagers Club who fixed a bunch of issues for me, including my loyalty match and getting my booking linked to my online profile. I agree that there are some excellent folks working for MSC. I only wish they all were.

And a shout-out to Nirva (spelling ?) who was patient and fixed some issues for me in my

reservation on Seaview in September. Nirva is working in the MSC USA call center.
