Norwegian Crown/South America Cruise Tips please

WE are cruising the Norwegian Crown on Feb 26, 2006 to South America. Please advise us any pointers regarding this upcoming cruise. What excursions do you suggest? What is the weather like? What shouldn't we miss when we go to South America? Thank you again for your help.
