Drinkpackage Transatlantic cruise

Im looking for a transatlantic cruise from Europe to South America. Is it true that the only drinkpackage "more for less" is? And not the normal packages.

For x2 adults and x1 child the deluxe was £1166

The all-inclusive *Restaurant & Bar drink package is €21 pppd for your sailing (as per the 2018/19 MSC online brochure https://www.msccruises.ie/en-ie/Brochures/Our-Brochures.aspx, page #216), plus 15% service charge if you wait 'til onboard to book it. However, if you pre-book it, you avoid the extra 15%.

 

*('MoreForLess' was the all-inclusive package for US sailings and those which have US$ as the onboard currency. It is now renamed 'All-inclusive Classic'.

The 'Restaurant & Bar' package is the renamed 'Allegrissimo' package for Med sailings - and other regions where Euro is the currency onboard. ).

Bea who has replied knows much more about MSC than I do ...despite me spending time every day learning more! Having checked my booking for this cruise I can confirm all the 'usual' beverage options were present to purchase.

Hi Frank ... the reason I quoted the Euro price is because the OP is in the Netherlands, so the € price will apply for them.

 

It was great to see MSC reducing the price per diem for their drinks packages for cruises of 9+ nights. :D
