Croatia - Sea Kayak or Dune Buggy Safari

Looking at doing either of HAL's sea kayak tour or the dune buggy safari tour while we are in Dubrovnik in late September. Wondering if anyone can share their experiences... good, bad, indifferent??

 

Was the kayaking challenging or difficult (we are late 40's and fairly active, very mobile etc). I believe the kayaking part is approximately 2 hours out of a 5.5 hour tour (cable car and walking tour is also part of it) whereas the dune buggy is only 1 hour of driving with some other stops thrown in. We are leaning to choosing the kayaking as it would be something VERY different for us but hesitant if it is difficult etc. Thanks in advance.
