Sabor on Navigator out of Southampton

According to all the info I've read, Sabor is a Mexican restaurant. My DH has read somewhere that on sailings from the UK it serves Indian food. Is this correct? I don't really trust him or his sources! Any information on what is happening at the moment will be greatly appreciated!

Sabor out of Southampton at the moment is a tapas restaurant. Some people have said it is excellent and recommend the octopus, crab and avocado salad, paella (chicken or seafood), & lamb chops, It is $25pp cover

At this moment on Navigator it is not an Indian but a Tapas restaurant.
