Two and on the June 14th sailing they were on day 2 and 7. With day 7 being the night they served lobster.

I thought and read that RCI has done away with FORMAL NIGHTS. So, have many other cruises lines such as MSC, NCL, Celebrity. Check with RCI or your TA.
