csaeroach Posted January 5, 2006 #1 Share Posted January 5, 2006 Hi, We will be on the Carnival Liberty Feb 12/06 sailing. From what I have been reading there really is not much in Freeport in the line of excursions. I have heard some people talk about renting a taxi for an Island Tour. Do they show you most places on the Island, or do you need to know where you want to go? Can someone please let me know if you pay by the mile, minute, or a flat rate for the tour??? We will be a group of 8 people - Is it possible for all of us to go together? Is there group rates available, or do you pay by person only? If anyone has done this in the past can you please let me know how you enjoyed it, and if you would recommend doing this, or booking the Island Tour through Carnival? Another thing we were thinking on doing is the Glass Bottom boat tour, but some in the group are not crazy on this excursion, due to sea sickness. Has anyone done this excursion, and would you recommend it? Thanks!
cathyoo Posted January 17, 2006 #2 Share Posted January 17, 2006 I was hoping you would get a reply. I'm on the same Liberty cruise and I also am looking for something to do in Freeport.
