Price drop for another floor, still applicable?

I'm booked later this month on voyager and have been keeping an eye on prices and have noticed a drop recently, but not for exactly my room. I'm on deck 9 (m class) and there aren't any of those left but the price has gone down on other interiors (Q, L, and Z - guaranteed stateroom).

Can I still expect a reduction if I call RCI?

No, the price drop has to be for your exact category of room. It makes no difference if it's the same type of room, such as an inside, it has to be the same category of cabin. If you notice, inside cabins go for many different prices, mostly due to location, and you will notice that inside cabins can be different categories such as Cat 3A or 4A. If you have a 3A and they reduce all 4A cabins, even if they are both inside cabins, you aren't entitled to the lower price, unless they are also reducing your 3A cabin.
