We did a TA in 2011 and found the seas to be somewhat lively.  One of the others on the roll call insisted that it was very smooth.  We decided to have a martini and call it a draw.  It really depends on the person.   😉

We sailed Barcelona to FLL Oct/Nov 2021 and it was relatively smooth sailing.  Captain avoided areas with high seas, which he showed us on projected charts during a Captains Call in the Main Stage.

A very relaxing trip!

We were on Konigsdam Rome-Fort Lauderdale in Nov. 2019.  A wonderful crossing for both weather and cruise activities.  We been on five fall transatlantic cruises and only had bad weather once in the Mediterranean between Florence and Malaga. We rocked and rolled for about a day.
