Prime C first evening large group booking

We're sailing with a rather large group (10 to 15 people) on the Sept 21 Croatian coast trip. We'd like to dine in Prime C on the evening we leave Venice, together but not necessarily at the same table. Is there a way to book this prior to getting on the ship?

No, reservations can only be made on the ship. Depending on the port there will be a table at the pier check in, or there will be a reservations table either as you enter the ship, or in the entry to the buffet. Write all the room numbers for your party and give it to the person manning the reservation table. Ask for adjoining tables, if possible.

Better yet, request the large table at the entrance to Prime C. It can easily handle 10 people and we have been known to fit more. Usually it is used for Chef's Table dinners but there is not one on the first night.

But the large table on Journey & Quest is a ‘high’ table with tall seats - doesn’t suit everyone. Noticed that they’ve remedied this on Pursuit, which now has a normal sized table there.

Embarkation day is often a good day to get bookings in the speciality restaurants as it seems to be less popular.

That’s a shame, I loved the high table. And there are plenty of regular tables already.
