Can you book HC cabins on RC's US website?

I know you can check the availability of HC cabins on RC's US website but can you also book the cabin?

 

On RC's UK website I can neither check the availability nor book a HC cabin.

If I want to check the availability or book a HC cabin I have to phone RCI which will cost me 7p (roughly 10 cents) per minute plus my phone company's access charge :mad: or use a TA
