hello,

We will be sailing on Infinity in November out of Ft. Lauderdale. The last time we were on her a few years ago, when we disembarked, we had to leave the ship and walk outside to the terminal to get our luggage and go thru customs. We are in a suite this time and my question is can we skip the long line and wait and head right to the terminal to get our luggage, or will we be considered commoners and have to wait like everyone else ? Please note the sarcasm in my comments ! Thanks for any help.

The Michael's Club concierge or suite manager will take folks to the head of the disembarkation line when they (the passengers) are ready. Luggage tags for Suites and Zeniths are not timed, but are red in color. Once you find the area with the red tags there will be an employee directing you to a much shorter customs line. If they don't notice the luggage tag color then just ask what line to be in for Suites and Zeniths. We disembarked the Summit last month in Bayonne, and unfortunately a pair of suite passengers didn't realize they could ask for the shorter line so stood in line for a very long time at Cape Liberty. When we spoke with them at the Newark airport they recognized that other folks from Michael's Club were in a shorter line but didn't realize why.
