What time do they usually begin boarding in San Juan for the Freedom of the seas?

Usually 11:00am....at least it has the couple of times we've been there regardless of it being RCI Jewel or RCI Adventure.

 

We'll be boarding Freedom for another B2B Sept 8th. :D

We did the Freedom back in July, and nothing has changed vs. the Adventure or Jewel.

 

Well, the check in area is changing- that is being remodeled.

How soon can you drop off luggage? We will be on the Jewel later this year and are hoping we can drop our luggage (not necessarily check in / board) and then go to Old San Juan for a few hours before boarding.

They will usually start taking luggage around 10:00am.....easy to do and then grab a taxi. If you don't checkin just make sure you're back before the 90 min onboard requirement.
