jgwolf Posted January 8, 2006 #1 Share Posted January 8, 2006 I know NCL has the "freestyle" dining. Do any of the other lines have this type. We went on RCI for our first cruise last year and liked the cruise but i always felt rushed to get to the first seating and the second would be too late as we have a young son. I know you can always eat at Windjammer but I like the idea of NCL with all the different restaurants. Any info would be helpful
Sheffie Posted January 8, 2006 #2 Share Posted January 8, 2006 Princess has "anytime" dining. Check out the Princess board and I am sure they will give you lots of information about it.

Andee Posted January 8, 2006 #4 Share Posted January 8, 2006 Oceania does have open seating, and there is no extra charge for the specialty restaurants. I believe that Princess calls their dining program, "Personal Choice". On the Princess ships we've been on, there have been two dining rooms: one offers the traditional, set times and companions dining, and in the other, you can eat when and with whom you want.
