It might make a slight difference, depending who you book thru. Telling the TA that you will be on your honeymoon (congratulations BTW) will have no influence on getting an upgrade or not.

Personally, I would never book online. I like having a human voice to speak with, someone who can answer my questions - such as you just asked.:)

I book direct with the cruiseline ONLY because I need specific Handicapped cabins and then I immediately transfer to my favorite online/phone support agency that gives me a better price and monitors the price all the way to sail date.

Seldom does telling them about honeymoons or anniversary make any difference whoever you tell.
