Dining Times in the Caribbean

We requested early dining for our 2/19 cruise. Our reservation states "Main" dining. When I read Costa's brochure it stated that early dining is early and Main dining is late.

 

Can someone who has recently cruised the Caribbean let me know if they requested early dining and if so what did your reservation say?
