Jiffymom Posted August 25, 2018 #4 Share Posted August 25, 2018 If all else fails. When you board the ship go to the dining room. There is usually always a host who will help you. Or switch to MTD.

swanlady2000 Posted August 28, 2018 #7 Share Posted August 28, 2018 I had late dining but wanted to be switched to “my time”. I phoned them and was told there was a waitlist for “my time” but he said I was number 7 in the queue so had a good chance. A few days later I logged on the planner and found I had been switched. So give them a call, even if they are full you can be added to waitlist as people change their minds. I booked with a T.A but it wasn’t a problem going direct and doing this. Lady_Xero Posted September 5, 2018 #8 Share Posted September 5, 2018 Thank you for that contact! I'm setting sail in 12 days and I know I was waitlisted for the 530 seating but I don't know if I got it or not. I emailed Ms. Prieto in hopes of getting an answer

Clarea Posted September 5, 2018 #10 Share Posted September 5, 2018 where does it say in the planner which dining you have? Not sure the Cruise Planner has that info anymore. You can contact whoever booked your cruise and ask them to send you Royal's Guest Copy of your booking confirmation.
