Miami car rental

Alamo, along with National, Thrifty & Enterprise offer shuttle service between their MIA airport location and POM - drop off the car and ride the shuttle to your ship.

Avis has a downtown location close to POM (2nd street?) - again drop off the car and ride their shuttle; from that close in downtown, if you do not want to wait for the shuttle, an Uber to POM will be under $10

The shuttle service between MIA and POM is free as long as you are renting from one of those companies - the driver will check your reservation paperwork or receipt. If you get a good deal from another company at MIA and Uber will be about $20 or a taxi will be $27+tip (flat rate fare)
