I would take 9003, Your picture window will allow you to look down at the water, the other cabin will allow you to look out onto a deck. I know that my husband and I had cabin 0206 and we were frequently at the front of the ship, mostly during sunsets and sunrises, also just to have quiet time to ourselves (it was our honeymoon). I would rather NOT have someone able to look into my window at night, I liked having the window curtain open and the lights on while watching tv or getting changed before bed.

 

That's just my opinion.

9200 basically gives you a view of the fore deck and rail in front of your cabin. Very difficult to see the ocean, if at all, though you won't see too many passengers standing on that deck while sailing due to the high winds. 9003 has a great portside view, esp. with picture windows.
