Carnival Magic ... snorkel and fin rentals?

In the past one could purchase a cheap snorkel at the shore excursion desk. I've never seen fins, masks or quality snorkels with a purge valve for rent on any Carnival ship. Consider the space requirement on a ship and the need to sterilize them after use and it would be a major undertaking.

Ports destinations that have snorkeling as an option often have rental facilities, as we have carried our own mask and snorkels and rented fins in several ports.

You've been here a while, 2001 in fact. I joined in 2002 after our return to cruising on a trip aboard the Celebration from here in Galveston.
