Mdnight buffets

Can anyone tell me if there will be a midnight buffet everynight on the Triumph.I'm a first time cruiser and just curious.

Not always at midnight.... but yes, there is a late night buffet every night.

 

Overall, I was not too impressed with the late night buffets.. sometimes they just seemed like leftovers from the day before.

I would have to agree that the midnight buffets were never that exciting on the ships.

YUCK!! I hadn't thought about the idea of the midnight buffets being food that was left over from the dining room. The thought of a sandwich made out of a leftover Filet Mignon sounds just DELICIOUS! I'LL HAVE TWO PLEASE!

We were on the Triumph in November.

There was only the one night Gala Midnight Buffet.

 

The other nights.......they offered what they called a

"Late Night Snack"

The one sandwich shop on the back Outside Deck, which serves Hamburgers, hot dogs & stuff like that was all that was open. (besides the 24 hour pizza)

They had the "South Beach Grill" closed up. And you had to eat outside in the Humidity.

 

I don't think I was as bothered by the scaleing back of the late night food.....as I was by the location.

I've never been on the Triumph but I can second the opinion that the late night buffet isn't that great- not bad but not stellar. On the Elation there was usually fruit and cold cuts and then some sort of hot but basic fare on the buffet line. There was the Gala buffet which was beautiful but tasted by and large horrible- Go figure LOL!!! Of course, there is always twenty-four hour room service which was generally quite good.
