Booked for February on a premier casino offer, have questions.

I am currently booked on a Premier casino offer for February. I cannot see anywhere on my booking information on carnival that I am booked under this offer. I emailed my PVP with Carnival that I used to book and he sent an email stating I was booked on the premier event and said that was all I would have that shows this. Can anyone currently booked see that booking code on the carnival site? I want to make sure we are in and not find out when we board.

I am sailing my first premier in January and my PVP said the same! He said to trust him. So I will, but any issues I will call him from ship!

Take a print out of the email or mailer that you received with you, so you can show what amount of casino cash you were offered and the booking code. But overall I would not worry. I book online instead of through a pvp, and there is never an indication on the booking confirmation when we are booked for premiere. Never have had a problem though and always are premiere when we get there.

I did 3 Premier's this year and my bookings never specifically stated..."Premier."

 

I was also concerned and did call Carnival the first time.

I would take a print out of the offer (email or snail mail).

 

We just booked a casino offer that includes 200 cash for both my mom and I and free drinks in casino from day 1. The cruise isn't until april 2020---I definitely saved the mailer we got to show the cash and drinks info to take with us.

 

Now, with that being said, we have never had a problem in the past with any of our casino perks being honored with our booking, but you never know. Better to be prepared.

I have to agree that showing the booking code on your documents might be a comfort, but it is not really necessary. Your boarding pass shows you are paid and eligible to board.
