Flight times out of Brisbane.

We are sailing on the Sea Princess in January from the Hamilton Cruise terminal. We will be flying out of Brisbane the day we get back to port to Sydney. Would a 11:00 am flight be too early to try and get. We would try and get as early of disembarkment time as possible. Thanks for any help on this matter.

that should be OK. We previously erred on the side of caution and booked a flight early afternoon but then that flight was delayed and we ended up spending most of the day sitting around in the airport, having arrived there in good time for the morning flight had we booked it. We now book with Princess Easyair as their fares are the same as if we book ourselves, yet we are covered in case of delays.

You will have plenty of time. You should be able to disembark by 7.30. Add 30 minutes to walk off the ship and go through Customs etc (that is a generous time allowance). Taxis should be available straight outside the door of the cruise terminal. The drive to the airport would only take around 20 minutes. By my reckoning you would be in the airport by 8.30.

We were told no not to book an 11 ish flight incase the ship was late. It was early we were at the airport and like 9 am. Our flight wasnt until 3. It was too early to even check our bags :(
