I usually start with a spicy Bloody Mary, bagel and smoked salmon, 3 eggs (runny) 2 sides of bacon, side of hash browns, white toast (no butter), grilled tomato, pineapple juice and plenty of coffee. Sets me up for the day. Almost never do buffets (although when younger I used to be a regular at the champagne brunch buffets in Singapore (The Mandarin I recall as being very good).

Spicy Bloody Mary and I get that chicken thing with egg and tortilla, not sure the name of it, its decent and comes with 3 kinds of mexican sauces.

you can order steak and eggs, though I never have.

dont know why they have to call them heuvevous or whatever is the spanish for eggs, not everyone speaks spanish. I didnt know they were just eggs first couple of times.

I personally find the huevos rancheros better at Blue Iguana during their breakfast hours;)

At least the brunch menu gives a description of the items that aren't in English. I don't read Italian and am often stumped with some of the appetizers and entrees. I like caprese (sp?) salads (mozzarella and tomato) but not a fan of carpaccio (raw beef).
