Internet service on Splendour...Wireless?

Should I bother to bring my laptop to the Splendour this Monday? On the Radiance I could go to the centrum and be on line, Of course I had to pay for this luxury but I could write on the laptop in my cabin and then just send it which cut down on minutes. We were on Splendour last year, but I don't remember how they did it onboard. Has anyone had internet experience on Splendour lately? Thanks and good cruising!!

I had checked with RCCL concerning this because I am takin gcollege courses and cannot be without my own laptop to do school work and I didn't want to have to fight for a "network adapter" on the Mariner this summer. They said ALL ships now have at least 4 hot spots on board. Although standard internet access rates do apply.
