How many checked bags are you permitted per person?

How long in advance do you book? We've always gotten the physical tags when we booked more than three months (or so) in advance, even when we were not in the Haven, but not if we booked close to sailing, even when we were in the Haven.

 

All of our sailings have been booked at least three months in advance. We have had to print the labels from our eDocs each time. Mind you, we only began cruising last February.
