What to do near dock

one of the people is our group is in a motorized wheelchair so any kind of a tour is out. We were just going to hang out by the pier. Is there stuff to do within walking distance here?

there are a few shopping centers nearby the port, restaurants, ice cream shops, craft market selling souvenirs etc. there is enough for you to have a pleasant day without going on a tour.

Will the person on in the wheel chair prefer to stay near the port or will they prefer to see a bit more of the island?

We would love to be able to take her on a tour but she is paralyzed and is unable to get out of the wheelchair so finding a tour with a lift is not really an option.

Somebody correct me, but I don't recall the port area in Antigua as being very accommodating for a wheelchair. I recall a slightly uphill walk with a few steps every block or so along the sidewalks.

If you will check out the paragraph above the second picture, you will see that he does tours for people confined to wheelchair.

It took me a while, but I found a company capabale of doing wheelchair transport and tours in Antigua. We are going next week.

We decided to do a day pass to Starfish Jolly, but he is taking us there. My husband uses an electric wheelchair and cannot walk at all.
