Group of 20 - what to do at night?

We'll be heading to San Juan in March - 20 adults - looking for suggestions on what we should do? We'll be arriving in at 4 p.m. and leaving at 10 p.m.

Should we just walk around Ole San Juan - shop, drink, eat or look for a tour operator to take us around the island. Not really sure what there is to see at night? Suggestions would be great!  Not interested in the forts - PS

An island tour might not be really feasible due to the time you arrive. Most anywhere you could go would be at least an over-an-hour trip each way and then you'd have to factor in that 4:30-6:30pm is the peak traffic time in the metro area. That said, you could do a bar crawl with dinner in the middle while walking around San Juan. There are bars and restaurants of all kinds and prices and seeing the city in between is a plus.

I would recommend just walking around Old San Juan, stopping at shops, bars or restaurants that look interesting to you. But you should split up into multiple groups and go different ways. There are very few places where 20 people could walk in at once and get waited on.
