How is the airport shuttle service by Hyatt Place?

This has been our experience, too.   Just returned from a cruise and this was our 2nd stay at this Hyatt, with their shuttle pick up at the airport and the $7pp transport  to the cruise ship.    No issues, great drivers, will plan to do it again if sailing out of Ft. Lauderdale.   There's other options, of course.
