Carnival or RCCL for Belize/Cozumel/Caymans

I am planning to cruise to Belize/Cozumel/Caymans in January 2007 and am trying to determine whether to go with Carnival Miracle or RCCL Legend of the Seas. There is only $50-100 difference in price for either interior or balcony room per person. Hubby and I are going w/out our children and are in our late 30s. I like the idea of a bigger room on Carnival, but that's about all the comparison I have for now. Questions: How does the food compare? Service? Atmosphere? Entertainment? Class? Size of ship? Amenities? Any info greatly appreciated. Thank you!
