Markanddonna Posted October 30, 2018 #1 Share Posted October 30, 2018 I have posted before about the problem of our Black Status match discounts "falling off" our reservation(that's the term MSC uses.) After regularly calling, MSC finally fixed my problem and the amount was corrected about three days before final payment was due. I have about eight different invoices generated by MSC over the past two months. I'm not sure why this problem occurs. Hopefully, our cruise in January will be the beginning of a long relationship with MSC. We have another cruise to the Med booked. Also, my advice is to get all the passengers their own Black Status match if you are qualified. When it was just me, my husband didn't receive a discount.
