WiFi package for one person

If I purchase one WiFi package for one adult, can it be shared?  Can one person log off and another person login on the same package?

Yes, you can share it. It follows the number of devices, not the person. So if you buy a 1 device package, you can use any number of devices, but only 1 at a time.
