Shanghai Baoshan Visa Process

I'm wondering if anyone could provide some insight into the Chinese Visa process at Shanghai's Baoshan terminal.  On our upcoming Celebrity cruise, if you don't book a post cruise transfer or tour with Celebrity in Shanghai, you have to wait to get your Visa from Immigration officials before exiting the terminal. If you have booked a Celebrity transfer or tour, Celebrity is taking care of it for you. We have found a Tour/Transfer company we would like to use, but not if we are going to be in line for 2 hours to get a Visa post-cruise. I'm in hopes that someone who has sailed on Constellation or Millennium will see this and respond.

We have down 2 cruises in the past 2 years on Millie going from Hong Kong to Shanghai. I did look into the 144 hour visa option. It would have worked for us. We talked it over and as we had planned to do more then one trip into China. So we opted for the 10 year Chinese Visa we can get in the US.
