cabin questions

Hi everyone!

We are going on a 12 day cruise to Hawaii in April on the NCL Wind, and we are in Cabin 7024 on the Promenade deck. Is this a good location?

Our friends wanted a balcony room and there wasn't many left to choose from. They ended up with cabin 8256 Cat. BA. It shows 20% obstruction. Can anyone tell me what this means? Hopefully it wont be a big deal but it's better to be prepared than surprised with a life boat sitting on the balcony!!

Thanks!
