Rare Itchy&Scratchy Posted December 2, 2018 #1 Share Posted December 2, 2018 I have just looked up some excursions on our upcoming Getaway Dec 16 cruise on www.ncl.com. I was logged in fully. The passengers are my husband and I, and our 7 yo son. For some odd reason some of the ATV excursions completely blocked ME from signing up, even though I am clearly over 16 and under 70. Our son was properly blocked from purchasing them, of course. But why ME? I could purchase it for my DH. Then I clicked on the next excursion (also ATV with the age 16-70 and weight restrictions) and, voila, all three of us could sign up, even though the kiddo is clearly ineligible. Is it a glitch? littlelulu01 Posted December 2, 2018 #2 Share Posted December 2, 2018 It might have something to do with availability. I was trying to book an Alaska excursion and system would only allow one of the party. System listed other passenger as already booked. I called and shore excursions said only one spot left. Rare Itchy&Scratchy Posted December 2, 2018 Author #3 Share Posted December 2, 2018 but that doesn't explain why they'd allow a 7 yo to sign up for another ATV excursion.
Notnewtoit Posted December 3, 2018 #4 Share Posted December 3, 2018 Yes, it is glitchy, dunno if that will ease your mind any, but it's true. For example, my 'my NCL' shows I have no excursions booked on an upcoming, yet I know I have, NCL agree I have and they show on my .pdf booking updates. QED: yes the website is glitchy in this respect.
