Power outlets on Sun Princess

We will be sailing out of Sydney Australia on the Sun Princess. Just wondering if we need to bring any power adapters for the power outlets. How many power outlets are there in the cabin?  Also thinking of bringing a small power bar. Are these allowed?

Standard cabins have two outlets by the desk. I recommend power strip or multi outlet device. If it has a surge protector, it is contraband and will be taken by security. There is usually another outlet behind the TV you MAY have access to. Bathroom outlet is designed for electric shavers (low amperage) only. One one ship we found a wall outlet near the cabin door we assume was for the steward's vacuum

The Sun has both types of outlets. You don’t need an adapter.

If you require more than one Australian outlet, I would bring an adapter. I have sailed on the Sun numerous times in a variety of stateroom classes and invariably they aren’t in good locations. A cheap adapter will give you a wide selection of locations.

I agree with DDG 41 - the answer is "no".
