After traveling 15-20 times a year for work with pressed shirts and suits, here's what I've found, you have to start with unwrinkled clothes, then use the bundle backing method so your clothes are bundled, not folded with sharp creases, and then when you get to where you are going, spray them liberally with Downy Wrinkle Release and hang. By the next day, my clothes at least are 90% wrinkle free. They may need a minor ironing. That said, on cruises, we often send formal clothes to the laundry to be pressed on the first night.
