Help - Anthem sailing out of Bayonne for Christmas with kids...

I haven't had a chance to sail on RCL since 2013 on Oasis with my wife.  5 years later, I am towing a 4 yo and 1 yo out of Bayonne for a Christmas cruise (both first time events.) I used to spend weeks on cruisecritic to soak up all the knowledge from you guys to prepare for my cruise, now I have like a week to prepare because life has gotten busy.  I need all the coaching I can get for everything, from parking in Bayonne, checking in smoothly, things to do with kids on Anthem, preparing for Cape Canaveral/Coco Cay/Nassau, etc.  Any and all tips on how to travel smoothly with my toddlers are appreciated.  We are booked for 3 oceanview rooms next to each other (also bringing the grandmothers.)  The site looks very different!

Parking in Bayonne should be very easy. There's a multi-level parking garage right at the terminal. Drop your bags, park, walk back.
