RC excursion Discover scuba diving experiences reviews and recommendations

Hello cruisers. We're trying to decide between taking the RC discover scuba diving excursion vs the Shore Excursioneer discover scuba offering in Roatan.
Have any of you ever been on either of these? We'd love to hear from you.

Royal Caribbean $89.00 3 hours 30 minutes

While we have used Shore Excursioneer to book tours before we also know that they are a booking company only and don't run any tours.  So you would have a local operator for the tour.  It might even be the same operator as the cruise line uses, but from time difference probably is not.

 

We've found that snorkel trips are more effective use of our time.

We did the Royal excursion in Roatan a few years ago, it was amazing!  Easy walk in from the beach with a great reef close by.
