Single Room Share Question

Recommended Posts

I am the third person in a group and have booked a single share room on the Grand Princess. My question, does anyone have any experience with this and who often do they really put people together? Any hints on how to end up with the room to myself other than paying two fairs?

I have been on 2 "share" cruises. I had a roommate for both. I think it unlikely that you would end up alone. I didn't become great friends with either roommate but we were compatible. I found my friends and they found theirs. Both cruises I had early seating and they had late. This meant that they were not in the cabin while I was getting ready for dinner etc.
