Blue Lagoon question

If I book a 'non-VIP' beach day at Blue Lagoon, I know that I won't get a beach chair with an umbrella - but can I bring my own?  I have an umbrella that clips to my chair, and it's really not very large, it fits in my beach bag just fine.  I just don't want to pack it if they won't allow it.

thanks,

KC

I found the VIP area both on the beach side and the lagoon side to have plenty of umbrellas. I didn't see many umbrellas at all on the lagoon side for non VIPs.

Definitely bring the umbrella if you prefer having it, not a problem.  Been there five times and always found good loungers in the shade under the trees.  I don't like to bake either but I haven't needed to bring anything for shade.

My last trip the staff closed off that entire section under the trees for a private group.  Never know....
