One night in San Juan

We are spending one night in San Juan before our RCCL cruise departs the next day.  We plan on visiting Old Town in the afternoon and evening.  Are there any "do not miss" things we should know about/  What about fun restaurants or places with live music in the evening?

We did this a few years ago when sailing out of San Juan.  We went to La Barrachina for their Flamenco Dancing dinner show. Very good show and a pretty good restaurant to sample local flavor.  Also said to be the birthplace of the pina colada.  After that we headed over to Nuyorican Cafe for some live music and Salsa dancing (great people watching too).  Sadly, looks like they were a casualty of Hurricane Maria and have since closed.  Hoping you can find another club that had that vibe.  Really cool.
