Things do see/do for a person with low mobility

My mom has low mobility, but we would like for her to get off the ship and experience Jamaica with us.  We will port in Falmouth. Suggestions for places to visit with limited walking and have shade.

What about Good Hope Plantation either High Tea or lunch?  They have thrill activities also but you do not have to buy that portion.  Most cruise lines offer this excursion and you cannot book it direct, I tried.
