Two Sabatini's Menus?

Has anyone else noticed that there are two different listings and menus for Sabatini's on the Princess website?  Do you know which one is accurate.  They are very different and I definitely like one better than the other.  😃

Certain ships have refitted Sabatini's into Sabatini's Trattoria.

On the fleetwide dining venues document:

https://www.princess.com/downloads/pdf/food-and-dining/dining-options.pdf

...there is a listing for which ships have which venue thus its corresponding menu. Or you can just pull up the particular ship-specific page on the Princess website and under Specialty Dining will be the link to the correct menu for that ship.

Now having had both the "old" Sabatini's menu (on Island Princess) and the Sabatini's Trattoria menu (on Golden Princess) last summer my conclusion is that the new menu completely blows away the old one. Yes there is no more steak or lobster entree--or Tiramisu encrusted in Norman Love chocolate--but the refreshing of both the food and the venue was a long time coming. It is inexplicable to me that both Crown and Sapphire Princess did not do the refit in their recent drydocks  as the seven ships with the new menu were all upgraded prior.
