Arrival time at New Orleans Port

Hello,

 

I am sure this has been asked before, but cannot seem to find it on the search option.

 

We are departing out of New Orleans, we have a 12 - 12:30 arrival window,

 

I am platinum and I thought I could arrive whenever and not necessarily during my window time..

 

Just want to make sure, before we head there and then I was wrong and have

to wait till our window time.

Yes, Platinums and Diamonds may disregard the check-in time and arrive at their leisure.

As of June 2018, (when we last sailed, we arrived at the port at 9am), they will not allow you to enter to check in until 10AM.  We parked at the port and when we got off the elevators, we were escorted, (literally), outside.
