MSC Thermal Spa Heated Loungers

We booked thermal spa on Divina after confirming heated loungers.  I have back problems.  Then a search of internet and cruise critic comments indicate no heated loungers.  We have called MSC four times and been told one no and three yes.  Has anyone been in the thermal spa?  Are the heated loungers there or just lounge chairs?  Thanks

Thanks.  We called MSC repeatedly and got no, yes and finally no.  Just came back from Divina cruise and there are no heated loungers.  The cruise to Eastern Caribbean was just great.  Shows were top notch, staff great, itinerary very nice.  We survived no loungers but do prefer Norwegian spa.
