jeannie1962 Posted April 6, 2004 #1 Share Posted April 6, 2004 How early has anyone gotten over to the port of miami and boarded? We are going on the Victory 5/23 and wondered how long the boarding process was on average. crisp1 Posted April 6, 2004 #2 Share Posted April 6, 2004 It's been awhile, but I think 10:30 is a good time to get there. You could try earlier, "ya never know" Up Next... A Date with Destiny 04/11/04 To Sea, or not, to See. tef43 Posted April 6, 2004 #3 Share Posted April 6, 2004 Earliest I've ever been able to board in Miami was about 11:45. Cruising89143 Posted April 7, 2004 #4 Share Posted April 7, 2004 I think that it varies from sailing to sailing. I have been able to board at eleven and other times it has been later. Last month on the Triumph it was around 12:20 or so when they allowed boarding to begin. It depends on how fast the ship is cleared from the previous sailing. jleq Posted April 8, 2004 #6 Share Posted April 8, 2004 I don't know if the pierside porters (the one who take your bags) would be there before 11am.
