kgk Posted April 6, 2004 #1 Share Posted April 6, 2004 What happens if one of my children loses their soda cards? Should I even get one for a four year old (who will be in Camp Carnival for several hours a day)? 4/17 Triumph
Catrin Posted April 7, 2004 #2 Share Posted April 7, 2004 Idon't think a soda card for a four yr old would be worth it.... Does your child like Lemonade or Fruit Punch? Those are free on the Lido Deck.... We did get one for our 8 yr old.. he wore it on a lanyard all week, and it worked out fine. He was NOT able to get soda during Camp Carnival times. SHELLKOV Posted April 7, 2004 #4 Share Posted April 7, 2004 We just got back from the Legend. My 11 year old son lost his card, and the pursers desk made us a new copy of the receipt, and we took it to where we bought the card. They replaced it with no problem. Jenks7980 Posted April 7, 2004 #6 Share Posted April 7, 2004 We bought a card for both our 10 and 14 year olds. Not sure it was really worth the money, as they still drank mostly fruit punch & lemonade. They can get free kiddie cocktails with the soda cards. Our biggest problem was the kids were constantly ignored at the bars when wanting to order sodas, even if they were the only ones standing there. My guess is the person that actually sold the card to us is the one that got the "credit", so the others aren't all that concerned with providing the service. This happened numerous times.
