Roce48 Posted January 13, 2019 #1 Share Posted January 13, 2019 Are taxi fares etc in Havana on a flat rate, or do they use meters? Is it customary to tip extra? We will be in Havana next month, and have noticed a few local bars with music that we would like to visit. Walking long distances can be difficult for me. victory2020 Posted January 18, 2019 #5 Share Posted January 18, 2019 From what I have read it seems to be 10 CUC to wherever you go.

You can take the HOHO bus for the day for 10 CUC -- not sure what hours they run but you could check it out. It might suit you instead of taxi's.
